Brandon Grodsky CEO & Founder
Brandon Grodsky is a retired United States Army professional with nearly 20 years of military service specializing in antiterrorism, physical security, force protection, operational security (OPSEC), and emergency preparedness. Throughout his military career, he completed extensive training in security operations, risk assessment, leadership, and protective planning while helping safeguard personnel, facilities, and critical assets.
Today, Brandon is the founder of B and T Security Solutions, where he helps businesses, schools, and organizations strengthen their security through threat and vulnerability assessments, workplace violence prevention, active shooter preparedness, physical security evaluations, and practical, real-world training. His mission is simple: to help organizations protect their people, assets, and operations by developing proactive security strategies that reduce risk and improve preparedness.
Brandon combines nearly two decades of military force protection experience with practical, real-world security consulting to deliver solutions that are effective, actionable, and tailored to each client’s unique risks.
Todd Wiese COO & Co-Founder
Todd is a retired law enforcement professional with more than 23 years of service, specializing in leadership, use of force, security operations, and emergency response. Throughout his law enforcement career, he completed extensive training in firearms, active shooter response, weapon retention, leadership, and major event planning while serving in supervisory and command-level roles.
Today, Todd brings his real-world law enforcement experience to B and T Security Solutions, where he helps businesses, schools, and organizations strengthen their security through active shooter preparedness, workplace violence prevention, scenario-based training, and security planning. Having responded to and managed high-risk, violent incidents throughout his career, Todd provides practical, experience-driven training that prepares individuals and organizations to respond confidently during critical events.
